Cape Advisors completed a redevelopment of 148-150 Spring Street in 2007. The buildings at 148-150 Spring Street, in the heart of SoHo, were fully renovated and restored in accordance with a New York City Landmark Preservation Commission approval in 2007. The project included significant structural reconstruction, restoration and rebuilding of large portions of the original masonry and restoration of all of the historic 18th century windows. Upon completion, the project was fully-leased to retail and commercial tenants at rents that set a new rent per square foot high for the location.
