Craig Wood
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Craig Wood, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Cape Advisors, where he has served as Managing Partner for nearly $3 billion in developments and investments. Assembling talented teams, transforming neighborhoods and producing positive long-term economic impact are facets of the work Craig finds most rewarding. Cape Advisors’ track record, with a majority of its developments outperforming competitive projects in the marketplace, along with the firm’s reputation for integrity and transparency are a source of pride.

Craig holds a Masters in Management from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Michigan.

David Kronman
President and Partner

David Kronman, President and Partner, joined Cape Advisors in 2004 and has overseen over $2 billion in development projects for the company, including the Mondrian SoHo, 30 Warren, 75 West Broadway, Greenwich West/110 Charlton Street and 5 Crosby Street (all in Manhattan) and the Watchcase in Sag Harbor, NY. David cultivates relationships with the best consultants and strategic partners in New York City, maintaining a network of trusted team members that extend Cape Advisors’ in-house capabilities to meet the demands of complex, large-scale developments.

David graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. 

Arthur Blee
Senior VP of Design and Construction and Partner

Arthur Blee, Senior VP of Design and Construction and Partner, joined Cape Advisors in September 2010.  At Cape he has managed diverse teams of design professionals, construction managers and contractors in executing on hundreds of millions of dollar worth of construction work. Arthur believes in taking a nuanced approach to design, so that it is always relevant to the unique merits and context of each development.

Arthur holds a BA in Architecture from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is currently a registered architect in the state of New York.
